My family really liked the menu having a build your own, since they are really picky eaters. The kids menu also had a build your own. All of the dinners also offered a full or half option. I got cheese tortolinis with alfredo and meatballs. The sauce and pasta were good, but I didn't care for the meatballs. They had a ton of onions in them that were over powering. The bread at the start was also very good and the dipping sauce was olive oil with a ton of garlic that fit my tastes well.

My wife and I ate at Bugatti's Sunday afternoon. We had the happy hour menu and I scored! $6.00 half pound cheese burger! This is one of the best places to eat in Oregon City! We will always be back to enjoy this wonderful restaurant!

First time visit. Place was nice. The staff was helpful. The waitress was extremely pleasant. Got in quickly. Food was good. The bluberry cheesecake wad deliscious. The evening drive on the back rds was wonderful.

Feb 11, 2015. Just ate here for the first time in 2 years. All it did was reaffirm the reason we stopped going. We waited an inordinate amount of time to be seated then another wait for our drink order. We ordered our dinner and when it came out my wife's meal was not what she ordered. Not wanting to start the whole process again she decided to just take it. Hint: if you have 2 things on the menu with the same name you should probably ask questions. She ordered the Della Casa on gluten free crust and got gluten free pasta instead. My lasagna was okay, but just. With Mi Famiglia just down the hill and Pastini's not much further we have now crossed Bugatti's off our list permanently.

I love this place, and have to make it out here more often because the West Linn location closed. It's a great atmosphere and always crowded on weekend nights, delicious bread, friendly servers that always remember our names, and a full, diverse menu. I order the Cobb salad almost every time I make it out here because it's so flavorful and full of generous topping portions. Their pastas are devine, too!

Always a pleasant experience! Staff is friendly and food is great! They also have yummy Lemon Drops :)

Where do I begin? Standing at the bar for ten minutes without any sort of acknowledgement? Getting the happy hour menu, waiting 40 minutes to be seated and then told we can't order from the happy hour menu? Waiting on our server forever? Asking for cream and sugar twice while the coffee got cold? Waiting almost a half hour for our artichoke dip to get it cold and having to return the bread because it was rock hard? Waiting 20 minutes for fresh bread? Not getting asked for drink refills until we got a Togo box? Ugh!!!! The pizza was good but also had been sitting way too long before we got it. The server was nice when she actually paid attention to us. The Bellini was good. I'd give the drink a 5* rating, the pizza a 4* rating and the rest a 1* rating. Have to say, we 100% will not be back!

We were visiting the area for a workshop and wanted to find a good meal and drinks but were having a hard time. This restaurant popped up on Yelp. It turned out to be a good choice! Full bar and a good choice of wines and beers kept everyone happy. The lobster tortellini was excellent and filling. I would definitely go back again.

After receiving a reply from the District Manager i'm convinced that Buggati's takes customer service seriously. Must visit.

We gave buggattis one last try since it had been quite awhile since our last terrible visit. The only pleasant part of our experience was the Italian soda. We ordered a Maui waui pizza and the chicken Parmesan. Both arrived cold. Digornio make a way better pizza! Very disappointed! My chicken Parmesan was just very a over cooked piece of chicken on top of an over sized portion of bland spaghetti. Marked off the list for good!

I took my wife here for our wedding anniversary and the experience was superb. We were seated in 10 minutes (after asking for a booth) and were waited on right away. I cannot recall the waiter's name but he provided exceptional service. We were not interrupted during our dinner and he came by at the right moments to ask how the food was, if we needed anything else and to give us our check. We asked him to take two pictures for us which he did with great enthusiasm. Dress-wise my wife and I went semi-formal for this dinner but you can easily come in jeans and a t-shirt. I cannot say enough good things about Bugatti's Oregon City. My wife had the lobster and prawn tortellini and I had the gamberetti with prawns and both came out pleasing to the eye and tasted just as good. Before our main dishes we had their bread and my wife had a ceasar side salad which she said was good as well. I do not know why it took us so long to give this place a try but we will certainly be back for more because there are a few other dishes we would like to try. Thanks for making it a memorable experience for both of us. A+ Bugatti's!!

Second visit. We won't be back. Our family of four was seated at a small table for two. When we asked if we could move to a booth (the one next to us was just getting ready to leave), we were told that since there was a wait, we couldn't switch tables. Moment later, TWO people were seated in the booth. Quality of the food was poor. The Caesar salad looked like it had been sitting out for a day or so and then put back in the refrigerator. Everything else was fairly bland. Not worth the time or money.

LOVE this place. Great price options. Happy Hour is awesome. House wine for 5 dollars all the time. Pasta dishes are tasty and you can create your own. Perfect place for lunch with a friend or your honey. Friendly waiters. A home grown place - too bad Lydia Bugatti sold it. They brought back the foccacia bread, Yeah! Cornelia corneliaseigneur.com

My server was Lindsay. She provided top-notch service with a nice smile and she is the reason we will be returning. She went above and beyond... More restaurants need servers like her!! The Caesar salad is crunchy and fresh. The salmon is impeccable and the yummy bread/oil combo is a nice starter. All around great experience!! Great job!

Ate here awhile back and was not impressed with their lasagna (Italian restaurant without tasty lasagna), decided to give it another try and my wife got a rotten avocado on her sandwich. Their bead and oil was okay but my seafood pasta was very overcooked. Service was just okay, except when given the rotten avocado, server didn't honor taking that meal off the check but instead separated the meal items and charging by side.

Service was extremely slow, we waited almost 10 minutes just to order drinks and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The pace of service was pretty consistent throughout our dinner and we only had to ask for bread three times before they finally brought it to our table. The server forgot some of our to go order and without apology retrieved it, when we got home, it was wrong. I probably won't be going back.

First visit to this establishment. Nicely decorated interior and the Italian food was very good and decent size portion for a reasonable price. Wait service was fast, effecient and friendly. I will definetly return soon to try other Italian items on their menu such as Lasagna.

Used to get really good tiramisu here, like Pastini's. They switched to a smaller, very bread based type now, that I didn't like at all. Tiramisu is my favorite desert, so I've had lots of it. Will not order it again at Bugattis though. What a disappointment.

Stopped by for happy hour with friends. Service was great. Unfortunately, my choice of calamari off the hh menu was a mistake. Very few calamari mixed with onions; they were fried and SO greasy that the calamari rings were flat with all the oil. Won't be back

This might be as good as it gets in Oregon City. Just slightly upscale, but still okay for a "before or after the movie" in blue jeans dinner. There is enough variety to suit most tastes, including those that aren't crazy about Italian food. I used to work across the street, and I've never had a bad meal here. I've never experienced poor service here, either, although the staff do get backed up, just as they do at any popular restaurant during peak hours. Here's the secret to this review: the blue cheese dressing. Seriously. I don't know where they get it, but if you're a aficionado of bleu cheese/gorgonzola, you're gonna love this! If you go for lunch and go for a burger instead of pasta, have 'em coat your beef with it: Mmmmmmm! Now I've gone and done put myself into a Bugatti's Jones. "Mama, we're going out tonight!"

  • Kate D.

The food is always good here for the most part. Do not plan on just showing up and getting a seat right away. There is almost always a long wait. The prices are somewhat decent for the quality of the food.

  • Robert W.

My family usually stops here on Sunday afternoons after church and it is usually very busy but I can't ever recall waiting more than a few minutes to be seated. The wait staff is usually just fine, but nothing special. Meals are reasonably priced and there are good options for the kids and adults. Love the bread and oil they serve complementary while you wait for your meal.

We went here years ago and didn't like it and never went back until recently. We were glad we went back! "Happy Hour" is very good...the bar area is small but the food and service is excellent. Menu items are plentiful. Is it the best italian you will ever have? No, but it is very good and for Oregon CIty it is about the best place you can go to eat...(Oregon CIty is VERY limited)

Been very satisfied and happy dining here since they first opened. Have yet to have a bad meal.

  • Kelly H.

I'm struggling between 3 stars and 4. Here's my dilemma. We've been twice for dinner with the kids. HUGE bust. The service in the dining area has been bad both times. The prices should be more reasonable for Oregon City, and both times one or more of my family has gotten sick from something they ate. I've also been 3 other times with just the husband and we sat in the bar during Happy Hour. We LOVED it. The drinks are spot on, the service is fast and friendly. The HH menu items are tasty and so cheap you could get one of everything and walk out for about $25 bucks. End result....take the family elsewhere. Go here for happy hour with your significant other. Have a beer. And a lemon drop. And a cheeseburger. Yum.

I have always found this place tolerable at best, but my grandmother likes it so I have been a few times with her. Last night we had a reservation for a big family dinner at 730. I felt sorry for the waitress, she was so young and it may have been her first night or something, so it was not cool to give her a party that big. She got so flustered by a question about what kind of Scotch they have that she ran off and forgot to take the rest of the drink orders. The food took so long that my toddler was begging to go home by the time his meal came, which was a really fancy Mac and cheese that an adult might like but most three year olds would not eat. When my aunt went to inquire if everything was ok, the staff said "we will tell your server" instead of apologizing or saying they would find out right away. When the food did come out our waitress had it sitting on a tray near our table and then wandered off several times with the food just sitting there. The bathroom was really dirty. My cousin ordered a shrimp dish that came with no shrimp. The only positive aspect was how cheap the food was, but my guess is that they didn't charge us correctly, based on how they messed up everything else. Never again.

This place is *the* place for lunch in Oregon City if you are on top of the hill. If you go at lunch time during the week, prepare to hang out with a lot of people from the County Offices and the Community College. They have excellent lemon drops (I also like their berry lemon drop), and their happy hour menu is pretty good. They have excellent sandwiches, but they put it on spongy focaccia bread now (como used to come standard). They will put their sandwiches on como by request, but you have to ask. My favorite lunch there is a half turkey club with a side salad. The food here is not quite as good as Mi Famiglia (at the bottom of the hill) but for the area, it's pretty darn good.

Mmmm Bugatti's! A cute little italian place smack dab in Oregon City. You get yummy focaccia bread and olive oil while you wait. They have happy hour all day sunday. Thier soup is yummy and i had the BEST BLTA EVER because it had onions and was on focaccia bread. Love It here !

At the Hilltop in Oregon City, tucked away behind a scary A&W/KFC hybrid mutant and across the parking lot from McD's, you can find this very good alternative for lunch. I don't need to hear about some $5 foot-long down the road, kid. At Bugatti's the Manicotti special was $7 at lunch, a soda with refills was $2 so it's still cheaper than Five Guys, at least before I leave a tip. If I'm feeling stingy the minestrone soup is $5. Either way it comes with garlic focaccia bread and olive oil so I absolutely will not be leaving hungry. We're talking about a real restaurant here, with excellent table service and silverware and napkins, not some plastic seating, brightly fluorescent, want-fries-with-that monstrosity. The food arrives so fast you could almost call it "fast food." But I would strongly suggest you don't.

  • Scott B.

The steak frites are a fantastic alternative to steak n fries. I hope you like garlic, because they have quite a kick! The half portions of pasta they offer are filling for an average person, so keep that in mind, Great beer selection (I'd recommend Moretti, from Italy), and wine, too. Service is really good. I would recommend dressing business casual here. We were wearing jeans and t-shirts and felt a little under-dressed (even for Oregon City).

I usually don't really like to go to Italian restaurants because pasta is so easy to cook at home, but Bugatti's food is much better than the pasta I cook at home, and I'm a pretty decent cook! I probably never would have tried this place, but my husband picked it for our first date. I had low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect for a date. My husband and I both really like Bugatti's. It is our opinion that Bugatti's is the best restaurant in Oregon City.

I stopped in at Bugatti's OC because I had heard it had great Happy Hour food. After my tanning appointment across the parking lot, I pulled into Bugatti's for some afternoon delight. I sat at the bar and asked about the house wines. I was offered a tasting of my selection before having to commit. I appreciate that a lot. The Pinot Gris was to my liking so I was given a generous pour. After a while I decided on the fried artichoke hearts with roasted pepper sauce for only $3. As I waited for my order the bartender brought me a complimentary french bread and garlic olive oil dip. I've had this before but hated the over saltiness of it. Today it was perfect. My artichoke hearts arrived and to my surprise it was a pretty good portion, nice presentation and cooked to perfection. Yum, I never knew artichoke hearts could really be this good. I enjoyed a second glass of wine and then I was ready to go. I can't say the service was overly friendly or over the top but it was satisfactory, the Happy Hour menu had a good selection and the atmosphere was pleasant. All in all, I'm not disappointed but if it had not been for a couple of friends ending up joining me, I would have left way sooner because it's not a place that makes a "lone" patron feel comfortably welcome.

Great pizza with fresh basil the Mac n cheese was a bit oily and the peach Italian soda was fair, loved the bread sticks olive oil dip. Quick and friendly service. Good start for a date nite.

This is my third and final review of the Bugatti's three. The Ristorante, located in West Linn is the fine dining choice (and my fave). The pizzeria, also located in West Linn is a great family pizza place. The Bugatti's of Oregon City is located in the Hilltop Plaza next to the cinemas off Molalla Avenue and is the hybrid of the three, a cross between the fine dining and the pizzeria. Unfortunately, they don't offer any of my favorite items from the Ristorante. My family used to enjoy this restuarant, mainly because we were thrilled to have anything that resembled a semi-upscale restaurant with a 97045 zipcode. However, we've become disenchanted as of late. The menu is always the same and remains very limited. The best part of this menu is the bread dipping oil with a boatload of garlic. How can you go wrong with garlic?? The sandwiches are pretty good. I do like the eggplant focaccia. I'd definitely think about this as a good lunch spot these days and not spend the money on a full dinner. Maybe we're just tired of it. My husband and I even tried the lounge as a late night stopping place for drinks. Overpriced and watered down. You can get full dinner service in the lounge also. I haven't had great service on ordering take out pizza here either. Our order has been wrong at least three times (who would order pizza without cheese??). I can't go more than 2 stars as of late. Sorry Bugattis. I'll stick to your West Linn spot.

Delicious Salmon on Bread for $6.99 with a small cuppa soup! Yum!! Cozy interiors and friendly waitstaff. Sweet place for couples or for business lunches or for groups! :)

Oh Buggati's... the fine folk of OC are just so proud of you. SO excited that you aint an Olive Garden. So pleased to boast an "upscale" dining establishment, replete with real cloth table coverings, lovely murals which positively spirit you away to a Tuscan hillside and HUGE portions of focaccia bread. My husband and I went for dinner and I will say, the service was totally fine. Nothing notable which means it must have been about right. The food was actually really good. I had a prawn dish that was really well cooked, tasted fresh and light and came with a huge chunk of steamed broccoli. I dug it. The price point was maybe a bit high for what you got, but we both did enjoy our meal. I would strongly suggest skipping one of their fancy cocktails. I kind of got overwhelmed and randomly ordered a coffee martini. It was around 8 bucks and tasted like it was made with foldgers and HRD vodka. I would like to try the pizza as Ive heard some really good things about it, and it seems like Happy Hour is totally the way to go here. Ill be back Buggati's.

Hands down the best restaurant in Oregon City. Always spectacular service (love Didi!). Can't go wrong with the gamberetti! A great place to sit & relax - they never rush you & always make you feel welcome. Something for everyone on the menu and they bend over backwards to give you what you want. Five big stars! I have given their West Linn location 3 tries & their customer service failed miserably each time. Oregon City knows how to treat their customers & feed them delightful, healthy food!

  • Heather P.

I love this restaurant! The food and drinks are fantastic! My favorite is the Gamboretti and my entire family adores the foccaccia that is served with all meals. We also love their particular club sandwich. Their cocktails are also very good. Just an overall favorite of our family and we've never had a bad experience in all the times we've been there. I definitely recommend you try it!

  • Lindsay M.

My husband and I come here often. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. We're steering clear of gluten this year, so we almost always skip the bread (which is a shame because it's so tasty!), and split a Cobb salad and a pizza (south of France is my favorite) with gluten-free crust.

Fun little story: 3 couples (2 kids each) had planned to drop kids off at a "parents night out" at a local gym. We show up and the gym is closed! We had reservations downtown at a not really friendly kid place. So now we have a party 12 and no reservations on a Saturday night. We call Bugatti's and they say they think they can pull it off last minute. We had to wait 20 minutes which was reasonable to us but the manager bought us appetizers for our wait. The kids were not the best, but the staff was very cool about it. Great beers on tap and the food was good too. Ended up having a great night.

How did they mess up spagetti??? Overcooked pasta, that's a shame. I went to the spagetti factory the next week, with no issues on the tenderness of the noodles. The bolognese sauce was chopped up meatballs. wait a minute, that's not right. So. Italian food, kinda lame if you walked out thinking, i could have made that better at home... sigh, the tira misu was nice.

    (2)
  • Katie W.

Good happy hour. They had some good beers on tap which was nice, and on happy hour they are $1 off. The service was fast and efficient.

I really wanted to have a good experience here.... Oregon City is lacking good restaurants and this proved to be no different. We went there after the dinner rush on Saturday. We were seated quickly, but then nobody came back for our drink orders for a good 10 minutes. We ordered an appetizer, salads & our meals and it took FOREVER for each thing to come out. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. Tables that came in after us were getting quicker service. So our main dishes came out cold. Like they had been sitting in the kitchen forever cold. I knew the server wasn't going to be back soon, so I flagged down the hostess and she took my food back to the kitchen where they reheated it to scorching hot and sent it back out. No compensation for the crappy service or cold food.

This is the McDonald's of Italian dining. If you respect yourself at all, please, run from this place. My dish was $15 and looked like it had been cooked in an old shoe.

Went back again since this is our favorite place for date night and they've been our "go to" place forever. The normal staff were on board and they are impeccable as always! The Bartender, the wait staff, the service, the food, everything was absolutely amazing! Apparently the waitress we had for a recent experience is no longer employed there... Anyway, just love this place all over again!

I've only eaten here a couple times, but I enjoy getting take out from here. Nothing special, but the workers are always nice, the food is good, and I've never had to wait more then 5-7 minutes. Definitely will continue eating here.

  • Paula W.

Let me preface this by saying I had my heart set on dinner somewhere else when I sister changed her mind and wanted to have her birthday dinner here. Let me also say that Italian food is not at the top of my most favorite cuisines. All of that being said, I fell in love with the complementary focaccia bread. And they had a really great Happy Hour menu that was good for all day on Sunday. I got the caesar salad and a 10" margherita pizza for $8. The pizza was excellent but the caesar salad wasn't terrific. It was not chilled and the dressing was fairly flavorless. Except for the Happy Hour menu, the prices seemed fairly steep to me. Our service was great, the food was not bad, and the overall experience was just okay.

If Italian is your mood, then in the Oregon city area bugatti's is your choice. The place is just a notch above the olive garden, a good thing. Typical Italian menus and generous portions, great staff with professional attitudes. .

  • Nicholas P.

My wife and I took both mothers here for a mother's day lunch, and the variety of pasta and wine selection met both our families needs with flying colors! They even have great gluten free options. I highly recommend their lemon drops as they use limoncello in their base. We started our meal with fresh bread and real olive oil. Overall, great atmosphere, good service, and phenomenal quality of food. You can't ask for more out of an Italian restaurant. Never going back to Olive Garden again.

Sunday's are happy all day at Bugatti's. Yes radio listeners, it's happy hour all day on Sunday - so get yourself in there for a great experience at an even better price than most of their operating hours. I had the chicken parmesan - it was quite tasty but not crispy - I'm not sure why it wouldn't come out crisp, I think that's a reasonable expectation, isn't it? While it is ironic that someone who is not a pasta fan would go to an Italian restaurant, SHMBO is a fan of pasta so I was happy when they had no problem substituting the side for me. The wife had a glass of wine and the alfredo pasta - she was quite happy with both. The service wasn't bad yet it wasn't great. The place was comfortable and we will try again (even if I'm not a fan of pasta).

My daughter got off work late and we decided to eat here on a gift card I had won on the radio. The food was excellent. I had the ravioli, which were filled with portabello mushrooms and red peppers with spinach and a garlic wine sauce on top. I am happy I have leftovers. The food was delicious. I loved the garlic/olive oil dip for the bread. My daughter had the champagne salad and macaroni and cheese. It was tasty as well. We will definitely come back as the food and service was topnotch.

  • Charlie L.

Really enjoy the atmosphere and quality of the food. I usually get the build your own pasta dish so I can get some variety. Always been pleased. Can sometimes be a bit busy and can take a little while to get your dish but as long as they keep bringing out the focaccia bread and garlic olive oil I'm happy. Great happy hour menu too.

    (4)
  • Heather M.

The service was wonderful! The food was not so wonderful in fact my shrimp was rubbery and over cooked and instead of mix veggies I got a hunk of broccoli. My husband enjoyed his food but also agreed it was nothing great. I guess for 60.00$ dinner I expected more. I will give them one thing beside excellent service there Martinis are amazing. So if you want to stop by for a great drink and maybe a appetizer it would be ok but not for dinner.

I think I'm done here. Just left after having some sort of larvae / flea / bug of some sort come out of my bread pudding. I know crap happens but to have bugs in your food is probably an issue with health codes. Temperatures not kept right, something. I am upset for not getting a picture. We had already eaten half of it when my son said "Uh-oh", pointing to the plate. By the time I repulsivelu dry heaved and walked the plate ten feet to the server, two more had crawled out. I want to vomit right now. Who knows if me and my kids ate any. Obviously no one specific here to blame but Good lord I'm done. Sick.

We have dined at the O.C. Bugatti's a half dozen times and have yet to be disappointed. Today's visit was no exception. We received impeccable service despite the restaurant being slammed. Our drinks were kept full and our server kept the bread and olive oil stocked. Bugatti's does steelhead the right way -- simply prepared and perfectly cooked. I opted for the Steelhead Sandwich this time, along with a cup of roasted red pepper soup, and my taste buds were dancing. The rest of the family ordered build your own pizzas and pastas, and all loved their meals, too. When we are at the top of the hill and hungry, this is our "go to" stop. The decor is classy and comfortable, and the service is friendly and efficient. Well done, Bugatti's!

This place hits the trifecta.....great consistent food, atmosphere and service!!...Our service is always great super friendly and prompt!!!...The meatballs are juicy, flavorful and have the taste of mom in the kitchen. Again...The bread is over the moon with the dipping oil hard to pass up once it's on the table. Clean, clean, clean...what more to say. This place always has a clean restroom which is super important to me when dining. Keep up the great work!!

I really enjoy Bugatti's! I usually have their salmon and it comes out nice and moist and the potatoes are soooo good. The service is usually very nice and there's not usually a long wait to get a table or to get your food. The only complaint that I have is that I wish their seating was a bit more modern and their dining room is a tad on the small side. Otherwise, a nice place to grab dinner in Oregon City! :)

The food was decent. Nothing to exceptional but for the price I wasn't expected anything to grand. There was a lot of food of fairly good quality. The service was responsive, but not too attentive verging onto hovering. There was no wait and the atmosphere was okay.

Yum.

    (4)

  • Heather A.

Sick.

Typical Italian menus and generous portions, great staff with professional attitudes. .

  • Heather A.

Sick.

If Italian is your mood, then in the Oregon city area bugatti's is your choice. The place is just a notch above the olive garden, a good thing. Typical Italian menus and generous portions, great staff with professional attitudes. .

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
